Our group booking forms include questions regarding the needs of our customers including dietary, medical and accessibility needs and all our brochures, terms and conditions and all communications can be provided in languages other than English.

Assistance Dog Access Statement
We proudly welcome accredited guide, hearing, and assistance dogs on all our vessels, vehicles, and tour experiences in accordance with the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 and Guide, Hearing and Assistance Dogs Act 2009 (Qld).
Your assistance dog is welcome in all public areas and will be provided with fresh water, shaded rest spaces, and safe boarding assistance.
Please let us know at the time of booking if you are travelling with an assistance dog so we can ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for you both.
